Registration Payments: Registration payments will be handled through the FACTS System, just the same as Tuition, The Milk Program, and Latchkey. No cash or checks will be accepted.

REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE **INCOMING KINDERGARTENERS will not be assessed until they are registered in FACTS**
Teaching Material Fee: $200 per student may be paid with your registration fee through FACTS (Textbooks, trade books, periodicals, newspapers, science consumables, and other teaching materials, etc.) Teaching Material Fee will also cover: class T-shirt, assignment notebook, and one field trip.
**I f you do not pay at the time of registration, in early May you will receive an invoice for the Teaching Material Fees. ALL fees are to be paid no later than July 1, 2019)
No child may begin Holy Child Catholic School for the 2019-2020 school year until the following conditions have been met:
the 2019-2020 school year have been paid.
Families who prepay tuition for 6 months are entitled to a $35.00 rebate Families who prepay tuition for 12 months are entitled to a $100 rebate
**Holy Child Catholic School offers a one time $150 Loyalty Payment for a student entering Holy Child Catholic School Kindergarten from our Holy Child Catholic School Preschool**

**Active Parishioner is one who is registered in the Parish, attends Sunday Mass, receives Reconciliation once a year, and financially contributes to his or her Parish.
Application information for all available scholarships can be found in the Registration Packet; as well as, on line at www.ttef-stl.org. ALL FAMILIES are strongly encouraged to apply for any or all scholarships available through the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation.
Students in 8th grade cannot graduate until tuition and all outstanding fees have been paid.
If a student chooses to leave Holy Child Catholic School, no fees will be refunded. Tuition will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
