Holy Child Home and School Association

 

Holy Child Home and School is the organization of parents, teachers, clergy, and parishioners. The purpose is to provide an opportunity for communication, for the better education of the children, to provide financial assistance beyond the economic responsibility of the school’s budget, and to provide growth opportunities for adults through educational programs. All are urged to become active members.

Our organization strives to do the following:

1. Fund raiser-We have 1 school fundraiser the HCS raffle. This raffle supplements our classrooms with additional supplies including Chromebooks for our middle school children, pays for class field trips, and pays for school events. Drawings are held at school events September through May. Deadline for entry September 16.

2. Social activities - We hold events such as our Trunk or Treat, Bunco, Fun Run, Adult night out, Father Daughter dance, and Moms and Sons event

3. We sponsor many activities to benefit the children who attend Holy Child School. A few would be: the New Family Ice cream social, the parties in the classes, and the Eight Grade Graduation Reception.

Our meetings for 2016-17 are September 22 @ 7:00 p.m., November 17 @ 7:00 p.m., February 23 @ 7:00 p.m. and April 27 @ 6:30 p.m... We invite parishioners to attend and get involved.
