Our 10th Annual Dinner Auction, Saturday, October 21st, is shaping up to be another fun-filled, action packed event this year for our parish and school.  The funds raised by this event directly benefit our church and school.  Last year's auction raised almost $70,000!

This year's theme is Oktoberfest!  What a fun theme for our parish community!  Please join us as we transform our parish center into one of the best biergartens you have every been in!  Feel free to wear your lederhosen and dirndls.  Dinner is catered by Andre's.  There is an Open Bar that will have plenty of cold beer generously donated by Anheuser-Busch.  Doors open at 5:30. Dinner is served at 7:00. The Live auction begins at 8:00.

We will have a great Live Auction where you can bid on adventurous trips, party packages, and more.  Please check out the auction website for auction items- http://holychild-mo.maestroweb.com/

Please share items up for bid with interested family and friends.  Earnest bids will be accepted from those unable to attend auction in person.  Please contact the Auction Chairpersons with questions or earnest bids.

Our trips include a 7-day 2 bedroom condo in Branson (donated by Steve Ploesser and available the week after Thanksgiving), and 2 different fabulous 7-day accommodations in Gulf Shores, Alabama (donated by Kathy Stanek).

Our parties include a Mystery Dinner and Hayride for 16 people hosted by the Haglins, a 5-course Lasagna Dinner and Game Show Challenge hosted by Diane Wilson and friends, a Cajun Shrimp Boil and Sunset Boat Ride hosted by the Hentzs, Blahas, and Hahns.

Not saving the best for last but we also have a beautiful 1960 Glasspar speed boat up for auction this year generously donated by the Kohler family.  This boat comes with an 80 HP Mercury motor, skis, lifejackets, and an alligator tube perfect for the kids in the family.  The boat is on a tilt trailer, is in great shape inside and out, and has always been stored in a garage.  In-person viewing could be made available if interested.  You can also visit our auction website for more details.

There will be plenty of other items available to bid on in our Silent, Blackboard, and Basket Auctions along with a 50/50 Raffle.  You can buy your tickets now for this and do not need to be present to win.  Last year's 50/50 Winner took home almost $2,000.
