Stories reveal who we are. They bind us together and preserve our memories. The Annual Catholic Appeal supports every part of a priest's story - from his discernment through a graceful retirement. It also helps Kenrick-Glennon Seminary to form priests for the future.

The seminary is an important part of a priest's story. Patrick Russell, Theology III - St. Louis, describes, "I have had the blessing to be in seminary for the past eight years. These years have been filled with many graces and have been the most prominent factor in forming me into who I am today. The seminary is not the goal; rather, it is the means to the goal - the priesthood." Read more about Patrick's story here.

Your gift to the ACA ensures that the story of priestly formation continues for generations to come.
On April 22nd, the Fourth Sunday of Easter, we celebrate Good Shepherd Sunday. On this day, the world-wide Church honors all Christian vocations. You can participate and support vocations in many ways, including:
  • Pray for all men and women to respond generously to God's call and to accept the gift of our Christian vocation.
  • Attend the Trivia Night on Saturday, April 21st at 7:00 p.m. and support seminarians of Cardinal Glennon College. View registration form and Facebook event for more information.
  • Do you know a young man interested in the priesthood? Kenrick-Glennon Days is an overnight summer camp for young men going into the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th grades. This camp is hosted by the Archdiocese of St. Louis' Office of Vocations on the seminary campus. Registration for Kenrick-Glennon Days Summer Camp is now open on the Office of Vocations website.
We invite you to remember these special intentions in your personal prayer time in the upcoming weeks:
April 15 - May we joyfully give to Caesar what is Caesar's and give to God what is God's. We pray to the Lord.
April 22 - On this World Day of Vocations may we pray especially for those who are called to the priesthood and religious life: that they and their families will be at peace in the call God puts on their hearts. We pray to the Lord.
April 29 - For the faculty and staff of the seminary that they be filled with good discernment as the school year comes to a close. We pray to the Lord.
May 6 - For all seminarians as they prepare to advance either by graduation or to the next year of study, may they be upheld by the prayers of all of us. We pray to the Lord.
May 13 - For mothers of all, that they may draw on the magnificent Mother of Jesus to grow in humility and grace. We pray to the Lord.
April 19: Fiat Women's GroupFr. Paul Hoesing
